• Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.
• Email sign-up is handled by Kit (kit.com). You get a confirmation email first, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We only ask for your email address.
• Searches typed on this site (when search is added) are stored as the words only, without your IP address.
• Course tools such as the sleep diary keep your entries in your own browser; they are not sent to us.
